1. What ValuGrade is
ValuGrade is a self-serve tool that helps employers build a pay structure, salary bands and document templates in preparation for Directive (EU) 2023/970. It provides structure and templates, not legal advice, and it does not create a lawyer–client relationship.
2. No legal advice, no warranty of results
The outputs are generated from the information you enter and from the text of the directive. National implementing law may add or change requirements. You are responsible for checking national rules and for every pay decision, job advertisement and reply you issue. We do not warrant that using the tool meets every legal requirement.
3. Purchases and access
Reports are sold as a one-time purchase per company: Starter €49 for up to 5 roles and Business €129 for up to 30 roles. Payment is processed by PayPal. Access is granted after PayPal confirms the payment on our server. Your report is reachable through a unique link; anyone with that link can view the report, so keep it private.
4. Refunds
Because the report is generated and delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal ends once the full report is unlocked. If the product does not work as described, contact us and we will resolve it or refund you.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the role and pay information you enter. You grant us the limited right to process it in order to generate and store your report. You may ask us to delete it at any time.
6. Acceptable use
Do not resell, redistribute or repackage the generated reports as a competing product. Using the outputs inside your own organisation, including for advisers acting for a single client company, is permitted.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the report. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including fines, claims or lost opportunities.
